メーカーにとらわれず色々な車種に乗ってみたい28歳男子です。どうもこんにちは。
以前行われたモーターファンフェスタにおいて予約制で、デモカーの試乗を行ってました！これは乗るしかねぇ！！
あった中で私は頭〇字Dで有名になったクルマの愛称の名前を冠して、水平対向エンジンを積んだ86に乗ることにしました。しかもそれのチューニングカー！！最高やね！
チューニングカーって？
あまりチューニングカーってイメージない方もいらっしゃるのでは無いですか？
チューニングって言葉は聞いたことありますかね？？
レベル3ジャン〇シンクロンにレベル5THE〇リッキーをチューニング！！シンクロ召喚！！ス〇ーダスト・ドラゴン！！
じゃないです。元々の意味は調律という意味ですね。
車でいえばエンジンや足回りといったパーツを調整、セッティングを行い、車の本来持ってるスペックを引き出すものということですね。
ある意味私の愛車もチューニングカーになるのかな？？
私のはミニバンですし、そこまでスペックが高くなってる訳では無いので、カスタムカーと呼ばれるものになりますね。
今回乗せてもらう86はスーパーチャージャー搭載しておりました。なのでチューニングカーと呼ばれても大丈夫な車ですね！！
HKSって？？
車好きならほぼ確実に聞いたことのある会社ですね。
大手自動車部品製造販売会社です。
チューニングパーツを主に扱ってる会社だと思えば間違いないでしょう。
そんな会社が作ってるパーツをモリモリで使ってるクルマに乗る機会があるなんて！！
なんて幸運！！これよこれ！⤵︎ ︎
なんで86にしたの？
なんたってHKSの86といえばあの！超有名なレーシングドライバーにして私の憧れ谷口信輝さんがD1で使用していた車ですからね！
ハンパな86は出してこないでしょ！！あの86ほどではないでしょうけどね（笑）あの86は公道走れませんから。
一応BRZもありましたが、マニュアル車なのでポテンシャルを引き出すにはオートマかなと！
ああ！そうさ！単純にいうと運転に自信がないんだーい！（泣）クラッチをしっかりミートさせてうまく加速できる気がしなかったので！
その頃はマツダスピード持ってませんでしたからね。今なら出来るか？？
250馬力くらいとのこと。ノーマルが200馬力くらいと考えると結構なパワーアップです。
え？ランエボやWRXは同じ2000ccの排気量で300馬力だよって？？
元々車体は200馬力用なので、パワーアップするには、色々セッティングが必要なのですね。
さて、踏み込むと、HKSマフラーの奏でるいい音。それにボクサーエンジンの音がプラスされます。快音てやつやね。
加速もかなり良きですね！パワー感もすごいあります！
そしてブレーキもカッチリ効いてくれます。
コースのスラロームは86の元々のハンドリングの良さ、ボクサーエンジンの低重心、さらにスーパーチャージャーのリニアにパワーの出る特性が効いてこんなに早くスラローム抜けられるの！？危ない感じもないし、こりゃATなくせに楽しいなぁ。っていう印象でした。こりゃ峠が楽しみ！
スーパーチャージャーって？
スーパーチャージャーとはなんぞや？という方多いと思いますので、プチ解説。
要は空気に圧力をかけてエンジンの中に送り込む機構のことです。ターボとスーパーチャージャーを総称して過給機といいます。
ターボとの違いですが、駆動力の源が違います。ターボは排気ガスを利用してタービンを回します。スーパーチャージャーはエンジンの駆動力を生かして稼働します。それによるメリットはエンジンさえ回れば過給出来ます。そのため大排気量に積み替えたような感じになります。
ターボは排気ガスをタービンが受けて、コンプレッサーで空気を圧縮してエンジンへ送り込みます。なので、ターボは排気ガスが出ないと動かないので、過給に時間差ができます。←これをターボラグといいます。
しかし本来そのまま出すだけの排気ガスを利用するので、エネルギー効率がいいのが特徴です。
じゃあスーパーチャージャーの方がいいじゃんてなりがちですが、スーパーチャージャーはエンジンからパワーを少し貰ってタービンを動かしています。高回転域ではタービンを動かす力が大きくなりすぎるので、パワーのロスの方が大きくなりがちです。
また、ターボの高効率化により、ターボラグがかなり少なくなってきています。重さもターボの方が軽いのです。そういったことからクルマに過給機積む場合ターボがおおいのです。←長すぎじゃボケ！！
最後に
私は86はなんだかんだ言ってもいいクルマだなって思いますよ。
サーキットでもいいですが、やっぱり峠やワインディングの似合うクルマだと思います。
スポーツカー好きな方や峠好きな方は是非自分好みにカスタムした86で峠に来たらきっと最高の時間が過ごせると思います。
ああ、86みたいに走りのいい車欲しいなぁ〜。
