皆さんこんにちは！色々最近ありまして考え込んでいたことが多いような気がしますたぬきです。
タイトルにもあるように「今」何をしていますか？？
この文を読んでいるとすれば私のブログを読んでくださっていることになります。

あとは何しています？ご飯食べてる？テレビみてる？一人の時間を満喫している？いやいや家族や恋人と過ごしている？なにか作業中？
え？運転中？ウルトラアブねっ！！閉じて運転に全集中ですよ！！
置いといて、、、分かりきっているとは思いますが、今この時は二度と戻りませんね。
人生の時間
人生を90年まで生きるとして、私たちが生きていられる日数は”32,850″日間！
時間とすると、788,400時間。
分に直すと、47,304,000分。
秒に直すと、2,838,240,000秒です。
うるう年は除きます。
少ないと見るか多いとみるか？
日数や時間で見ると案外少ないねって感じた方いらっしゃるんでは無いですか？
90歳までの場合なので、どうかな？？
もしかしたらもっと短いかもしれません。平均寿命が伸びている昨今ならこのくらいかなぁと思ったので90年間をチョイスしました。
そこまで生きられない方沢山いらっしゃいます。
あ、これは寝ている時間などを加味していません。なので、寝ている時間。3分の1は寝ています。30年は寝ていることになりますね。
人間トイレも行っています。世界トイレ機関によると、人生においてトイレにこもっている時間は平均でトータル約3年間。と言われています。
食事は？人によりけりですね(笑)ものを食べないという猛者は置いておいて、1日3食食べてる方。１食30分。夕食は1時間と考えると1日2時間。1年で730時間。約30日ほど1ヶ月ですね。トータル7年6ヶ月は食事に費やしています。
そして仕事。ハタチから仕事初めて定年が60歳までとすると40年間働くことになります。まぁ一日あたり9時間拘束されるとして、トータル88,200時間。3670日間は仕事ですね。年数にして10年程は仕事に費やしている計算になりますね。
ブラックな働き方の時間や負担は、、、さらに増えるのかな(泣)
あとは教育も入れますか！小学校、中学校、高校、大学。を入れてみましょうか！1日8時間ほど学校にいるとして、16年間学校に通うことになります。トータルは、、、31,360時間。約1307日です。年数にすると、、、3年6ヶ月は学校に通っていることになりますね。
足してみましょう。
睡眠時間を30年。トイレに3年。食事に7年半。仕事に10年。教育に3年半。ちょうど54年間。
差し引くと自由な時間は36年間。これに通勤とか移動。子育て等色々含めたらもっと少なくなりますね、、、ああ、オソロシイ！！
まぁ多いと見るか少ないと見るかはあなた次第です。
ちなみにですが、これは健康的にずっと来た場合です。病気したら？認知症になったら？怪我したら？さらに減ります。
あるようでないのが時間なのかもしれませんね。まさにタイムイズマネー。時は金なりですね。
しかしこれに至ってはお金持ちだから時間があるとは言えません。人間平等に減っていくものですからね。
健康寿命の長い人はまあ得なのかな。結果論になりますけど(笑)だって寿命が短いか長いかなんて死んでみないとわからないですからね。

やりたいことあるなら今すぐやりなさい！！！
